RETURN POLICY
We hope you love what you've ordered, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out.
Initiate your return within 30 days of delivery date.
Damaged or missing items? Contact the Customer Experience team for assistance.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing returns.
If refund is not possible with payment used at time of purchase, a gift card will be issued.


MAKE A RETURN
Please contact Customer Experience, info@cymbiotika.com, to initiate the return and to receive the address for the return shipment.
You may return new, unopened product(s) within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping/tariff/customs or other non product costs. 
Your returned product(s) must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase for each product. 
If the returned product(s) is opened and/or damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after the 30-day period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.


WHAT'S NOT RETURNABLE?
Items not purchased at www.cymbiotika.com.
Items without an order number or a packing slip.
For hygienic reasons, all clothing is a “Final Sale”.
Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
